The night continues with a decadent Filet Mignon entrée, presenting two perfectly cooked 8 oz filets atop chateau-style mashed potatoes, accompanied by baby carrots, tender asparagus, and a rich demi-glace, all finished with signature compound butter—an elegant and memorable main course made for savoring.

To sweeten the celebration, guests enjoy any two signature desserts of their choosing, paired with complimentary sparkling wine to toast the arrival of the new year.
